I've created the Nexus Vista by modeling and texturing a simple sliced part and duplicated it repeatedly.
Then, I've added buildings and vegetation alpha planes directly in Frostbite. It was largely inspired from Mass Effect 3 Presidium and Syd Mead but with an horizontal ring
